Amy is a Santa Cruz local and takes pride in knowing the area. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has over 11 years of commercial and residential property management experience. Her extensive experience in residential and commercial management has helped her acquire a wide-ranging knowledge of property types, markets and management techniques and has demonstrated exceptional skill in directing several major property renovations.
Amy is responsible for maintaining and increasing asset value for residential, multi-tenant, and commercial property in Santa Cruz. Amy’s responsibilities include asset management, financial and lease administration, supervision of on-site maintenance staff, tenant relations, project management, on-site inspection and daily operations, investor and vendor relations and contract management, and monthly reporting.
Not only does Amy have many years of experience a Property Manager and leasing professional, but she really has a knack for customer service. When she combines both her experience and great customer service skills, tenants and owners trust that she will do a great job of servicing their properties.
